Gunny and I would like to welcome you to The Endless Path. Publishing our book is an exciting moment for us. It was years in the making, and came together with the help of many people and a lot of serendipity.
I have done, and will do, many things in my life. And Gunny accomplished many things in his. But what I know is this: having the chance to share with you the extraordinary tale of Gunny’s and my life together, and his insights into that life, is the most important thing that we will ever do. Period.
The Endless Path is a love story. Hopefully it will make you smile and laugh; it may make you cry occasionally. More than anything, we hope that you enjoy the adventure. And of course we hope that after reading it, you look at the animal world just a little bit differently. Please open our book tenderly, because when you hold our book in your hands, you are holding our beating hearts.
